Blaupunkt DVR – Warranty Registration

Thank you for your purchase of our products. Please read the following terms and conditions.

  • Our company provides 6 months warranty for BP DVR 1.0 HD and 12 months warranty for BP DVR 7.0 Full HD from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty only valid upon on-line warranty registration (www.amici-group.com)
  • Original purchase receipt must be presented for warranty purpose otherwise standard service fee will be charged.
  • Once the on-line warranty registration done, please print a copy of completed form for your reference.
  • For product defects under normal circumstances and at the discretion of our Company, our Company will provide free of charge repair service.
  • Our company will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or loss of profits.
  • Warranty is effective for products distributed by Amici Group only.
  • Our company reserves the right to issue or terminate this warranty.

 

Note: Please keep and present the original purchase invoice when services are rendered, otherwise this warranty will not be valid.

 

Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the following warranty policy:

  • Our company provides 6 months warranty for BP DVR 1.0 HD and 12 months warranty for BP DVR 7.0 Full HD from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers only the hardware of the product’s main body. All other accessories are not covered within the warranty terms, such as external connection cable, all cables, memory cards (Micro SD), software, external cover/cabinet and user manual etc.
  • Customers are needed to return and collect the product to and from our service centre or from the authorized reseller.
  • If check-up or repair services are required, the customer must present a valid original invoice and warranty card. Fax or photocopies are not accepted. If the customer fails to present the above documentation, the customer must pay for the costs of the services provided.
  • All parts replaced within the warranty period are properties of our company. We have the right to handle those parts as necessary.
  • Warranty will be void under the following conditions, and our company reserves the right to refuse to provide service and to demand charges for any costs of servicing from the customer.
  • -There will be no warranty if the product has been modified or repaired by the persons not authorized by our company.
  • -Mishandling or wrong application of product, such as leaving the batteries over an extended period in the product causing battery fluid leakage, or applying wrong voltage, manual destruction, damage caused by natural disaster or accident;
  • -Product caused by impact sand or liquid damage, tampering, or operating fail;
  • -Install and maintain product without following instructions provided by the manufacturer;
  • -If the model number or item code attached with the product has been erased or modified;
  • -Modify without authorization the contents of this warranty policy.

 

  • Warranty is effective for products distributed by Amici Group only. If a foreign customer requires warranty services, he is requested to send the product back to our service centre by double registered mailing (Our company will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during the mailing process). The original receipt must be sent with the product. All bank charges; import taxes and other related charges are to be borne by the sender. Returned express mailing costs are to be paid by our company (customer should provide in clearly written format the name of the contact person, telephone number, address, email and valid invoice and warranty card copies).
  • We reserve the right to modify the terms of this warranty policy.
  • We reserve the right to issue or terminate this warranty card. For exceptional subject to the result of our investigation, we reserve the right to terminate this warranty card.
